EKSPOLAN Liquid Glass Coating
EKSPOLAN Liquid Glass Coating
Restore aged paint to a deep, glass-like gloss
Liquid Glass Coating is a self-leveling automotive paint restoration coating designed for dull, oxidized, and weathered painted panels. Its polymer/PTFE-based film helps revive depth and gloss while adding a durable protective layer against UV exposure, road grime, light chemical contamination, and everyday wash wear.
Why drivers use it
- Revives faded paint: engineered for older finishes that have lost gloss, depth, and visual clarity.
- Self-leveling finish: flows across the painted surface to help visually reduce light swirl marks, sun spots, and micro-marring.
- Durable protective film: forms an approximately 5-6 micron coating with >6H pencil hardness when properly applied and cured.
- Protection for harsh conditions: resists UV exposure, acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and temperatures from -30°C to +150°C.
- DIY garage application: one 235 mL bottle is designed to cover one full-size sedan or SUV.
What is included
- 235 mL Liquid Glass Coating in aluminum bottle
- 2 round applicator sponges
- 1 pair nitrile gloves
- Application manual
How to apply
- Wash the vehicle thoroughly with a pH-neutral car shampoo.
- Decontaminate the paint and degrease the entire painted surface to remove wax, oils, sealants, and residues.
- Saturate the round applicator sponge with coating and apply evenly in straight lines, panel by panel.
- Allow the coating to self-level. It begins to stop self-leveling after about 5 minutes.
- Inspect immediately. Streaks or fisheyes must be corrected with degreaser within 30 minutes; after that, removal requires polishing.
- Let the vehicle rest indoors for about 12 hours. Avoid washing or touching the paint until fully cured.
Important application notes
- Apply indoors in a dry, wind-free space at 15-30°C with low humidity.
- Wear nitrile gloves and a mask during application.
- Best suited for vehicles over 3 years old with dull, oxidized, or aged paint.
- Not intended for pristine new paint where restoration is not needed.
- Do not use on vinyl wraps, PPF, glass, headlights, plastic trim, or carbon fiber.
- For repainted panels, wait at least 6 months before applying.
- Wait 4 days in summer or 6-7 days in winter before washing.

FAQ
Can beginners apply it?
Yes, but this is a DIY coating product that requires careful surface preparation. First-time users should practice on a small area such as a trunk lid or fender before coating the full vehicle.
Will it remove deep scratches?
No. It can help visually reduce light swirl marks and micro-marring, but deep scratches, chips, and severe clear-coat damage require correction before application.
How long does one application last?
When applied correctly and maintained properly, the coating is designed for long-term protection, up to 8 years under suitable conditions.
Can I wax over it?
Yes. Wait at least 30 days before applying wax or sealant over the cured coating.
When can I wash the car?
Wait 4 days in summer or 6-7 days in winter before washing so the coating can fully harden.
