Q:How long does it take to receive my order?
A:For international orders, Air logistics from receiving our goods to delivering to you within 12-30 business days via USPS, DHL, or FedEx International. We are not responsible for duty & taxes incurred in the destination country.
Q:Where is my order coming from?
A:All orders ship from our distribution center in China WareHouse.
Q:Where can I track my order?
A:You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on "TRACKING MY ORDER" and you will be taken to the tracking page.
Q:My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?
A:Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.
